- Satın alınan biletlerde iptal, iade ve değişiklik yapılmaz.
- Organizasyon firması, diğer misafirleri rahatsız eden veya uygun görülmeyen kişileri, bilet bedelini iade ederek etkinlik alanına almama hakkına sahiptir.
- Etkinlik süresince profesyonel video kaydı yapılacaktır. Bilet satın alan herkes, görüntülenmeyi kabul etmiş sayılır. Organizasyon firması, bu görsel içerikleri paylaşma, yayınlama ve reklam amaçlı kullanma hakkına sahiptir.
- Etkinlikte oturma düzeni yoktur.
- Etkinlikten 30 dakika önce etkinlik alanında olunmalıdır.

Event Rules
- Bringing outside food and beverages into the event area is strictly prohibited.

- Attendees must arrive at the event area 30 minutes before the event starts.
- Latecomers will not be admitted after the event has begun. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for those not admitted.
