  • Satın alınan biletlerde iptal, iade ve değişiklik yapılmaz.
  • Organizasyon firması, diğer misafirleri rahatsız eden veya uygun görülmeyen kişileri, bilet bedelini iade ederek etkinlik alanına almama hakkına sahiptir.
  • Etkinlik süresince profesyonel video kaydı yapılacaktır. Bilet satın alan herkes, görüntülenmeyi kabul etmiş sayılır. Organizasyon firması, bu görsel içerikleri paylaşma, yayınlama ve reklam amaçlı kullanma hakkına sahiptir.
  • Etkinlikte oturma düzeni yoktur.
  • Etkinlikten 30 dakika önce etkinlik alanında olunmalıdır.

Event Rules

  • Bringing outside food and beverages into the event area is strictly prohibited.
  • The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
  • Cameras, photo equipment, and audio recording devices are not permitted in the event area.
  • Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled.
  • The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals deemed disruptive or inappropriate, with a refund of the ticket price.
  • Professional video recording will take place throughout the event. By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to be filmed. The organizer has the right to share, publish, and use these visual contents for advertising purposes.
  • There is no assigned seating at the event.
  • Attendees must arrive at the event area 30 minutes before the event starts.
  • Latecomers will not be admitted after the event has begun. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for those not admitted.
  • The event organizer reserves the right to relocate guests if necessary.
  • The event organizer reserves the right to postpone the event and make changes to the program in case of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Student Tickets

Please read the following notices carefully before purchasing your student ticket.

  • Student tickets are available in limited quantities. Once the allocated number is sold out, sales will close. Therefore, we recommend you act quickly.
  • To ensure better access for students, the age limit has been set to a maximum of 30 years.
  • A valid student ID must be presented at the door. Entry will not be granted without a student ID. Responsibility lies with the ticket holder.
