Who is Evrencan Gündüz?
Evrencan Gündüz was born in 1996 in Kadıköy, Istanbul. Inspired by blues legends like Ray Charles, Jimi Hendrix, and B.B. King. He picked up the guitar at 14, teaching himself classical guitar through online tutorials and friends. At 15, his father gifted him an electric guitar, helping him expand his skills. He also gained stage experience performing alongside his father.
At 16, he started as a street musician and formed his first band, T-Blues, performing at festivals and concerts. He played on ferries until live performances were banned.
In 2017, he released his debut EP, Evrencan Gündüz ve Uzaylılar, followed by Mevsim Çiçekleri (2018), Bu Toprakların Sesleri (2019), and Sabah Şarkıları, showcasing his unique blend of blues, rock, and Turkish folk. With his band Uzaylılar, he continues to release music and deliver high-energy performances.
